Instant Payday Network It's A Legit Marketing System

IPNetwork It's A Legit Marketing System to Make a Living

After hearing a friend talking about Instant Payday Network for a few weeks, I finally decided to see for myself what all the hype was about. Normally, I wouldn't have gone as far as taking a glance at something like this but because I know and trust the person who was telling me about it, I figured I would give it a shot.
Upon visiting the link I was given, I watched a two and a half minute video that definitely spiked my curiosity and ultimately lured me in. In this video, the creator of the program, Jeff Buchannan, takes you inside his PayPal account and shows you how much profit can be made with this system. I assure you- it was quite impressive. After viewing that, I was intrigued enough to take it one step further and put my information into the opt-in box to the right of the video.

Ordinary People Making Extraordinary Money

Buchanan, based out of California, appeared to be just a regular, ordinary guy who simply came up with a genius idea on how to make a decent living from the comforts of home by taking money from Fortune 500 companies instead of using MLM methods that usually involve us taking money from each other. I liked that idea- A LOT!
After watching the very detailed second video, I had a clear understanding of how the system worked and how to get started. And so my journey with Instant Payday Network began... literally instantly!

Following the Steps to Financial Freedom

The Bottom Line
I am sure by now you are wanting to know what happened when I tried Instant Payday Network and what my results were. Well, I am actually pretty excited to report that my overall experience with this opportunity was a positive one! Of course, we are all weary of scams when it comes to ways to make money at home- and rightfully so! There is a ton of garbage out there to sort through and it can be frustrating and confusing. But when you find something that works? It is worth it!

Now, I will be honest- I haven't made a fortune at this. Yet, that is. But I have seen the money coming in and it does come quickly- within 12 hours, as promised. It was a simple, clean and virtually effortless process and I was impressed at how little effort it took to get started and see that first PayPal deposit.
It is clear to me, that the more effort you put into this type of business, the more results you will see. As soon as I got the hang of it and found creative ways to market, I saw a big jump in my earnings. It will be the same for you too! Give it what you can and make what you want- it is your business.
I rarely personally back opportunities like this one because legitimacy is hard to come-by in this type of business but this one, however, is legit! Because it is free, virtually effortless and proven to work- you simply can't go wrong.

What To Do If You Hate Your Job!

What To Do If You Hate Your Job!

With so few jobs available during the recession, plenty of U.S. workers were holding on for dear life to ones they had–even if they were miserable. But now that things are improving and more jobs are popping up, people who despise their work might be more inclined to do something about it.
According to a research report by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), only 38% of U.S. workers are “very satisfied” with their job. The rest are either “somewhat satisfied” or not satisfied at all.
There are various things that contribute to dissatisfaction in the workplace, says Dr. Katharine Brooks, executive director of the office of personal and career development at Wake Forest University and author of You Majored in What? Mapping Your Path from Chaos to Career. “There might be a conflict between your interests and the duties of the position; the job might be too demanding or not demanding enough; lack of training for position; lack of job security; you may have a poor relationship with co-workers or a supervisor; you might be poorly compensated; you might be in bad or unsafe working conditions; or you’re burnt out.”
The organization’s financial stability; lack of opportunities to use or hone skills, or to advance your career; poor job flexibility and work-life balance; and a bad corporate culture are other contributing factors, according to the SHRM report.
“People often stay in jobs they don’t like because they don’t realize what else they can do,” says Maggie Mistal, a career consultant, radio host and speaker. “They haven’t taken the time to identify what makes them happy or where their talents lie. They haven’t clarified their values and thought about how they’d like to use their abilities to make a difference and align their work with their purpose.  Too often people assume work is supposed to be a chore so they don’t even look for anything other than that when embarking on a career.”
If you hate your job, here’s what you can do:
Do a quick self-assessment. Brooks says you should start by asking yourself: Why do I hate my present job? Is this a new feeling or have I always disliked it? Is it the people I’m working with, the tasks I’m asked to do, the culture of the company? “Try making a list of the pros and cons of your job and what you’d want in your next job,” she says. Determine if there are ways to modify your situation while staying at the organization or whether it’s time to move on.  “If at all possible, do not leave your current job until you have secured a new one.”
Figure out if it’s you or the job you’re unhappy with. Once you do a self-assessment, it’s important to determine whether the things you’re unhappy with have to do with you, or the job. This will help you figure out if changing jobs is the right move. For example, if you’re stressed and you want to change jobs to relieve tension, it may follow you and you’ll find the same thing in the next job, says Debra Benton, an executive coach and author of The Virtual Executive: How to Act Like a CEO Online and OfflineIf you figure out ahead of time that the stress is caused by things outside of your work life, you can avoid this.
If you’re unhappy in your job because you’re unhappy in life, the solution may be to seek help outside of the office.
Talk to your supervisor. If you’re not happy with your schedule, your compensation, or the projects you’re assigned to, you should tell your boss. There could be ways to improve the situation, Brooks says, and it might be much easier than you think.
Don’t quit immediately. If you have a job that provides decent compensation and that isn’t unbearable, then consider staying put for right now, says Deborah Shane, a career author, featured writer, speaker, and media and marketing consultant. Remember that the grass is not always greener on the other side, “and new pastures are not always what you thought they’d be.” She adds, “Before you run from your current job, or decide to change or transition to another field, do the research and preparation necessary so you will be educated and qualified.”
If you’re in a situation where your job is intolerable or unsafe—you should leave.
Change your attitude. Maybe you had one bad experience at work that left a sour taste in your mouth. If so, try to let it go.
“Be careful about letting your negative feelings show while you’re still on the job,” Brooks says. Why? “Even though you’re unhappy and may leave soon, you want leaving to be your decision, not the organization’s.  Be professional and pleasant and follow through on your responsibilities.  If you’re fired, it will be much harder to find your next opportunity.”

Maintain a positive attitude and focus on the aspects of your job that you enjoy. If you can’t find one, it might be time to consider moving on.
Be professional. Even if you plan to quit, keep doing your job well. This way, when you decide to leave, you will have good recommendations, Brooks says. And if you’re situation improves and you decide to stay, you won’t be embarrassed about your behavior Remember: It’s never a good idea to burn bridges, no matter how dissatisfied you are with your employer or your job.
Set your career goals. Figure out where you want to be in five years.  “Will your current role help you get there?” Brooks asks. “If not, what would? And how can you move toward that?” If you know what you want to accomplish and where you want to be, it may put things into perspective for you.
Look for opportunities within the organization that you’d enjoy. “See what opportunities exist to join a committee, project, or initiative in your company,” Shane says. “Volunteer to help someone you admire; someone who could teach you things or mentor you.” Engaging in projects or initiatives that make you happy could make the overall experience in your workplace more enjoyable.
Don’t take it out on others. Don’t treat your clients or colleagues poorly because you’re miserable in your job—and definitely refrain from gossiping or complaining to them. It’s OK to discuss with colleagues your discontent to a certain degree, but be careful not to cross the line.
Change your job without changing companies. If you’re content with your employer, but not with your specific role or supervisor–consider changing jobs within the organization, or altering your current position to better suit your needs and/or goals.
“Job crafting is the art of reworking your job description so that you are better able to use your strengths and contribute more fully to the workplace,” Brooks says.

FORBES: The Best-Paying Work-At-Home Jobs

The Best-Paying Work-At-Home Jobs

Across age groups and job categories, demand is growing for good-paying work that can be done right from home. Nervous about falling 401ks, boomers hope to continue earning income without the hours or stress of office life. Gen Xers, often caring for elderly parents or young children, are thirsty for flexibility. And younger cohorts are attracted to “free agency” more than ever.
“There’s less willingness today to be a cube-dweller or lifetime commuter,” says Michael Haaren, co-director of RatRaceRebellion and co-author ofWork at Home Now.  “Being able to work from home makes life easier and appeals to the latent entrepreneur.”
While there may be a tradeoff to working at home—a salary haircut and less advancement potential—a surprising amount and variation of well-paying professional jobs have a two-second commute. From the health, tech and creative industries, good at-home jobs are springing up everywhere.
According to Haaren, the work-from-home sector reflects what’s going on in the brick-and-mortar economy. Today, that means an explosion of new and diverse health-care jobs. Top-paid among them are home-based physicians and radiologists, now being hired by companies like Imaging On Call and Permedion to review and evaluate patient cases. Haaren suspects they earn near the $1,975 median weekly income of physicians, as reported by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), making it a six-figure job.
What’s more, the burgeoning field of “telehealth” provides quality wages and sometimes full benefits or bonuses. Companies like MedQuist are beginning to hire more at-home support staff, like medical transcriptionists. Haaren estimates they earn between $30,000 and $50,000 a year and says they are eligible for a signing bonus. Similarly, registered nurses working at home earn near the $1,055-per-week industry median to do telephone triage, advising patients about health concerns over the phone.
IT was one of the first fields to latch onto the anywhere mentality, Haaren says, likely due to its young workforce and penchant for abstraction. In 2008, completely virtual IT company MySQL was acquired for $1 billion by what’s now Oracle. Its at-home staff means reduced building costs and a bigger talent pool. Plus, it’s a boon for the employees. The BLS reports that computer software engineers earn a median of $1,549 each week and $85,000 a year. Computer scientists, programmers and systems administers all earn about $1,200 per week.
Other lucrative at-home knowledge jobs include public relations specialistsgraphic designerswriters and authors, and postsecondary teachers. According to the bookMake Money Teaching Online by Danielle Babb and Jim Mirabella, if online adjunct professors work hard enough, they can earn six-figure salaries.
This system are looking for professionals to promote their Online Marketing Systems nationwide. They offer a risk-free system online which is fully guaranteed. They have a very high retention rate which can result in a substantial amount of residual income.

Business: Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer to retire

Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer to retire

as company faces needed shake-up

Microsoft has stepped into a new and uncertain era with the announcement that CEO Steve Ballmer will retire within 12 months, triggering a search for a successor to take over the software behemoth. The announcement on Friday surprised analysts and investors and sent shares surging, reflecting belief that the company will benefit from new leadership as it tries to innovate and chase the market for smartphones and tablets.
"There is never a perfect time for this type of transition, but now is the right time," Ballmer said in a statement.
The company needed a leader who could see through its reorganisation and new strategy, he added. "My original thoughts on timing would have had my retirement happen in the middle of our company's transformation to a devices and services company. We need a CEO who will be here longer term for this new direction."
Ballmer, 57, who succeeded Bill Gates as CEO in 2000, will stay on until a successor is found. Gates, who is now chairman of the board, will be part of a small committee tasked with finding the successor. It will be chaired by John Thompson, the board's lead independent director, and consider internal and external candidates.
"I'll work closely with the other members of the board to identify a great new CEO," said Gates. "We're fortunate to have Steve in his role until the new CEO assumes these duties."
Devices chief Julie Larson-Green was tipped as the most obvious internal candidate but many analysts urged Microsoft to plump for an outsider to shake things up.
Ballmer's departure will likely draw a line under Microsoft's origins and traditional tenure. He first met Gates in 1973 when they shared a dormitory hall at Harvard university. He joined the company in 1980 – the company's 30th employee – after it landed a contract to supply an operating system to IBM and swiftly rose up the ranks.
Under Ballmer the company developed successful products likeWindows XP and the Xbox 360. It grew to be worth $78bn and employ more than 100,000 people. It has more than a billion users and remains immensely profitable.
Over the past decade, however, its share price stagnated in contrast to the meteor-like performance of Apple, Google and Amazon. Once the world's most valuable company, Microsoft hemorrhaged more than half of its market value.
Critics accused Ballmer of failing to anticipate the explosive growth in tablets and smartphones and the decline of personal computers.
Some, though not all, were appeased by a 22% jump in share price this year after the company started developing and selling its own tablet-style computer.
"The stock is at a relative high at the moment. So it's better to leave on a high note rather than a low note," said Vasudev Bhandarkar, CEO of the Silicon Valley-based Caralta Corporation.
"If you look at the various revenue streams the future doesn't hold very much for the PC industry. Sales are flattening, revenue streams are under attack. Microsoft will have to reinvent itself just like it did in the internet age."
Last month Ballmer announced a sweeping reorganisation to focus more on hardware and make the company nimbler. It appeared to mimic Apple by dividing itself into functions each dedicated to a single purpose such as operating systems, devices, apps or services.
Ballmer fired Steven Sinofsky, who had run Windows and was considered to be the heir apparent, to pave the change.
Many concluded this meant the CEO would stay for the foreseeable future at the corporation's sprawling campus in Redmond, Washington.
"That's why today's news is even more surprising after Ballmer achieved such a big change for Microsoft. If his or her successor doesn't like the 'One Microsoft' vision, he'll have to do another reorganization," notedTechCrunch.
Ballmer's personal wealth is estimated at $15.2bn, which includes about 4% of Microsoft's stock. Born in Detroit, the son of a Ford motor company manager, he studied applied mathematics and economics at Harvard. He worked at Proctor & Gamble and later dropped out of Stanford's graduate school of business to join Microsoft.

Small Businesses Want More From Obama's Tax Proposal

Small Businesses Want More From Obama's Tax Proposal

The President says his tax plan would help businesses, but several small business groups are worried. Check Link for Work From Home. View Video Now!

While small business groups support tax reform in general, they aren't happy about President Barack Obama's "better bargain"--at least judging by their responses to president's speech re-introducing the tax reform proposals earlier this week.
First introduced during his 2012 presidential campaign, the proposed reforms would include reducing corporate tax rate and increasing the amount of investments that small business can write off each year. But some groups have reservations. Here are four reasons why.
The president's proposal is too limited.
"On tax reform, we agree with the President on the importance of lowering the U.S. business tax rate, now the highest in the developed world. But corporate tax reform should be part of a comprehensive fix for the individual and business tax codes," said John Engler, president of the Business Roundtable, in a statement.
It offers little to small businesses ...
"It focuses on reducing corporate tax rate, but 75 percent of small business owners pay taxes on the individual side of the code. This doesn't do anything to reduce their taxes," Chris Whitcomb, a tax attorney with the National Federation of Independent Business, told FOX Business
Martin Regalia, chief economist at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, agreed with Whitcomb, noting that the President's speech provided nothing of substance and does not address individual income tax codes that cover many small businesses.
According to a recent study, 69 percent of U.S. entrepreneurs start their business at home and 59 percent continue to work from home, even after it's up and running.
... and too much for large corporations. Make from $350 to $700 a Day NOW!
"Small business owners need corporate tax reform to focus on requiring corporations to pay their fair share for economy-boosting investments that bolster consumer demand on Main Street, not lowering corporate rates," Reshonda Young, operations manager at Alpha Express in Waterloo, Iowa and member of the Main Street Alliance executive committee, told The Washington Post
According to a recent poll by the alliance, more than three quarters of small business owners support closing offshore tax loopholes that many corporations benefit from.
Engler agreed, noting in his statement that "corporate tax reform must include a competitive, hybrid international tax system, where a company's sales in foreign markets are taxed at the same rate as other companies in that local market--their closest competitors."
There's too much uncertainty on permanence. Fast Income Apply Now!
Molly Brogan, communications director at National Small Business Association, told FOX Business that while expensing is the way to small business owner's heart, such owners need to have a clearer senses of whether such proposals are permanent or just for a limited time only.

How to Find a Real Online Job (and Avoid the Scams!)

Marketing Online Opportunities

How to Find a Real Online Job (and Avoid the Scams!)

It’s not surprising that in this day and age, online jobs are becoming a very popular and desired way of making a living. There are many great opportunities, offered by legitimate and stable companies that are seeking telecommuters to provide a variety of services that were once managed by in-house staff.

If you have been searching for an online job, you are probably aware that there are also many scams out there often burying the legitimate jobs. Online job fraud unfortunately is a very real – and growing – trend. You may even know someone who has been scammed, or who had information stolen while trying to apply for what appeared to be an ad for a work from home job. In order to avoid this, here are some tips to help you find a real work from home job, and avoid the scams.

Take advantage of online community forums and social networks.

This can be an excellent tool when conducting a search for a telecommuting job. You will want to register with several work from home communities and social networking sites and then start reading the informative posts left by others. Don’t get on there expecting someone to find you a job. Remember, it takes time to find a work from home job, just as it does to find any job, so be patient and learn all you can about the different types of work from home jobs available. You may want to sign up for a site like Flexjobs that offers daily updates on the best available online jobs that have already been screened by a team of work from home professionals.

If an online job sounds too good to be true, it is!

When you are searching for work from home jobs, do you sometimes come across ads that offer annual salaries of $50,000 a year for working part time? Whenever you spot an ad like that, there’s a pretty good chance that it’s a fake ad written by a scammer. Or, it’s a too-good-to-be-true business opportunity that involves upfront investment (sometimes substantial), which can also be a scam. Generally, it’s incredibly unlikely any part time job is ever going to pay that much, so use common sense and steer clear of those types of ads.  The pay for online jobs should be fairly similar to what you would earn if the job were a traditional, on-site job.

Are you asked to provide too much personal information?

When you are applying for a job, it is illegal to ask too many questions about your personal information during the application process. If you come across a job posting that asks for your social security number, date of birth, marital status, bank account information or anything else that is personal information – run the other way! These type of illegal questions are big red flags. When applying for an online job, use a general resume that only includes your first and last name, a phone number and email address for them to contact you. Leave your home address off, or use a post office box number instead of a real street address. You wouldn’t want a scammer to visit your house, would you?
As you begin your journey to finding a real work from home job, always keep in mind that there are thousands of other people just like you applying for these same jobs. You may not get an immediate response from the companies you are applying to simply because it takes time for their recruiters to go through all the inquiries. Be sure to put your best foot forward when applying and then keep looking for other opportunities to increase your chances of finding the perfect work from home job that will meet your needs.

Not all jobs Opportunities are scam.

I found this system and so far I've been searching around and talking with people who already tried it and its REAL. Business Marketing: 6 Tips to Find & Land Your Online Marketing Dream Job

6 Tips to Find & Land Your Online Marketing Dream Job

The online marketing industry has been one of the hottest, fastest growing industries in the past 5 years. As companies, large and small, look to improve their online presence and expand their service offerings to their own customers, qualified online marketing specialists continue to become more valuable and in-demand. Being in the industry myself for the past 10 years I have accumulated a good amount of experience in finding, landing and hiring online marketing positions. These things are not what have inspired me to right this post though.
Finding the Job
Knowing what type of company you want to work for can often be more important than exactly which position you want to take on. If a company is a good fit for you, and vice versa, then you will be in a better state of mind to grow within the industry.
Here is a roadmap for how and where to find your dream online marketing job, at the right company for you:

STEP 1: Pin Down a Location

I’ve seen long commutes really hinder someone from enjoying their job, staying focused and maintaining motivation. Unless you have some secret route to every point in your area where traffic is not an issue, then I would highly recommend trying to keep your search within a 10-15 mile radius of where you currently reside.
Obviously this all assumes that you are not willing to uproot yourself and find a job in another state or something. Also, I’m not going to mention telecommuting jobs as an option as I strongly believe that consistent personal interaction with other co-workers is a necessary element of a great online marketing job.
Tip #1: Try some of these Google search queries at www.google.com
Tip #2: Try some of these Google search queries at www.google.com/maps
  • digital media companies
  • online marketing agencies

STEP 2: Get Social
Networking has always been one of the best ways to find a new job. Social media has made networking exponentially easier, and cheaper, and has become one of my top recommendations for finding that dream job. Once you have established your short list of desired companies to work for, whether they are hiring or not, then social media is your next move.
Here is a roadmap for how and where to use social media to find that perfect internet marketing opportunity:
Tip #3: Follow and interact with each company’s blog as well as their social media accounts on these main networks

The worst thing you can do when asking for, or walking into, an interview is to not be prepared. Even if you think you are good at “winging it” all it takes is one small question to completely derail your chances of making a stellar first impression.
Here are some guidelines to help you secure and nail those interviews by being prepared:
TIP #6: Brush up on the industry lingo by knowing the fundamental definitions of these basic terms and their respective acronyms

STEP 4: Nail the Interview

If you have gone through and completed the 9 tips outlined above, then you should be more than prepared to confidently sit down in front of any hiring manager to land your dream online marketing job. Getting to the interview is only one part though, now you need to impress the heck out of whomever you get to meet with.

Getting Your Internet Marketing Dream Job: How to Interview & Succeed at a Top Agency

How to Interview & Succeed at a Top Agency

Today marks my 4 month anniversary atTopRank Online Marketing and almost 5 years in the online marketing industry.  It has been a goal of mine to learn as much as I possibly can from those who know the industry best.  In this seemingly short amount of time I have received, and continue to receive a top notch education at an unbeatable price.
I would like to share some of my experience to give other marketers interested in breaking into Internet marketing or continuing their online marketing education an idea of what it looks like from one person’s perspective.

The Interview Process

Do Your Homework
Walking into an interview with no base knowledge of who the company is, what they stand for, and how they operate is a huge mistake.  Especially if you are an Internet marketer.  I would recommend reviewing the following information pre-interview:
  • Company Website: This should give you a sense of the services they offer and who some of their clients are.
  • Management: If you can find information about the management team be sure to do some additional research on them as well to get a sense of their background and accomplishments.
  • Content & Social Profiles: At the bare minimum I would recommend looking at the company blog (if they have one), Twitter profile, Facebook page, and Google+ page.
  • News & Press Releases: Do a Google search to see if the company has released any exciting news over the past few months.
If you are working with a recruiter be sure to ask as many questions about the companies services, their culture, and preferences as possible.  The recruiter will typically have spoken with contacts at the company and with other interviewees post interview.  This is a great opportunity to gain some inside knowledge before you step in the door.  These are all great ways to educated yourself before walking in the door and will allow you to have an intelligent conversation about the company during your interview.
Demonstrate Value
Depending on what position you are applying for take some time to identify what you believe to be areas of need or improvement for the company.  You should walk in knowing you may not be 100% correct but it will be appreciated that you made the effort.  If applying for a social media position I would take some time to analyze what they are doing currently, what the results appear to be, as well as some recommendations for increased customer engagement.
Spending some additional time to identify what you believe to be their competitors will also be a great source for gather information.  Perhaps you notice a competitors blog or social profile that has a lot of readers or followers.  Try to identify what they are doing and how the company you are interviewing with could do that better.
Asking questions is also a great way to demonstrate value.  If you can think quickly on your feet then this will allow you demonstrate immediate value.  Some questions you might consider asking are:
  • What do you believe is your biggest area of need?
  • What would you like/need to focus on but don’t have enough time to do?
  • What personality traits are you looking for in a candidate?
  • What does the typical day look like for this position?
  • Are there any other areas of your business that you would like to grow?
Consider Each Interview a Learning Experience
Whether it is your dream job or not I believe that you should walk into each interview hoping to learn as much as you possibly can.  In addition to being a great networking opportunity it can give you a sense of what companies in the industry are looking for in a candidate, industry buzz words, and a chance to learn more from someone else in the industry.
Even If You Didn’t Get the Job, Ask For Feedback
As disappointing as it may be you will not get every job you interview for.  If you receive word that they have decided not to hire you don’t be afraid to ask why.  I recommend sending out a brief and polite email asking for feedback.  Thank the interviewer for the opportunity and ask if they have any recommendations on skills that would make you more attractive to a company like theirs because you are interested in constantly evolving your skill set.

Working for an Internet Marketing Company

There Will Always Be Other People Who Know More Than You
No matter how long you have been in the industry there will be other online marketers who know things that you don’t.  Instead of foolishly refusing to learn from these other influentials I would recommend keeping tabs on what they’re teaching and apply information that you find useful to your own strategy.  There may be tactics that you do not agree with but if anything it will give you a sense of what other respected members of the community are recommending to your potential clients.
Welcome Constructive Criticism
I for one thrive on feedback.  If I don’t know what I am doing wrong or how to fix it how will I get better?  I have a tendency to take some feedback personally because I put so much of myself into my work.  However, I’ve learned that you can’t consider it a personal attack but instead an opportunity to learn more.  Take the feedback that you’ve been given, add it into your process, and work to avoid the same mistakes next time.  Say perhaps that you don’t agree with the feedback provided?  I’ve learned that there is nothing wrong with having an opinion as long as you have data to back it up.  So, until you have that information do not present an argument.  An educated opinion is worth so much more than an emotional response.
The Best Internet Marketers are Passionate About What They Do
In a field like Internet Marketing I think it is essential that you care about your work.  Care not in the sense that you like the paycheck, but that you actually have a interest in what you are doing.  Companies and clients can tell if you are not invested in marketing their product and getting results.  Social media engagement is a full time job.  You must be willing to connect even when it may not be convenient to answer the questions and address concerns of your customers and potential customers.
Adaptability & Process Are Extremely Valuable
In an industry that changes from one day to the next those that are not adaptable will be left behind.  Once you find tactics that work be sure to document them and make them part of your process.  This process will clearly evolve over time but it will help maintain order for yourself and the rest of your team.  If each team member is taking a wildly different approach to online marketing you will not be able to truly measure the success of your efforts or provide a best practice approach.
What Next?
I don’t consider what I do a job.  It is a journey and an education that I am extremely thankful for.  Through my experience I have learned what should be done, as well as what not to do.  I know that I have shared some of my personal experience but I am curious to know what helpful tips other readers in the industry might have.  If you could tell everyone one thing that you’ve learned while working in this industry, what would it be?
